How much the plaza has been shrunk is not apparent from these views from outside the construction fence, but even with the exaggeration of camera views, it seems it will not be evident to passers by that there is a public plaza space beyond the entry walks and beds. On the north side of the building, the space between the berm and the building does not seem to be useful space to this observer. GMO
